What Exactly Is This Job?
It’s a paid sales and leadership opportunity where you get hands-on experience learning communication and networking by selling CUTCO, the highest quality kitchen tools in North America. Some positions are sales-based, while others (like the Branch Internship) involve running your own office and team.
Do I Have To Buy Product To Start?
There is absolutely no cost to get started.
Training is completely free, and there are no startup fees or hidden charges. You don’t buy any products, and we don’t make money unless you do.
We invest in our reps from day one, because we’re focused on helping you build skills, earn real money, and grow with the team — not selling you a “starter kit.”
How Much Can I Earn?
Pay is performance-based. Reps earn commissions from sales (with guaranteed base pay), and interns or Branch Managers can earn a percentage of their office’s sales. Many students make $3,000–$10,000+ over the summer/ semester depending on effort, availability and role.
